Patient Support
HIMS contains a patient's database that supports everything dealing with patients. Starting from when a patient telephones for an appointment, the appointment clerk accesses the database and creates the appointment given the physician's availability as determined by HIMS. When a patient arrives for a walk in or scheduled appointment, HIMS supports patient processing such as check in, examination recording, arrange for follow up appointment, and patient discharge. HIMS is not just a scheduling software, its patient support is all encomposing.
